Terms and Conditions

M&Co. provides design, engineering, and product development services on a subscription basis. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Branding design
• Web design and development
• Product design and prototyping
• Software engineering and architecture
• Mobile app development
• API development and integration
• DevOps and cloud infrastructure
• User experience (UX) research and design
• Quality assurance and testing
• Ongoing support and maintenance

Auto-Renewal: By subscribing, you agree to be auto-charged on a monthly basis for the services selected.

Payment: Payments will be processed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Any operational costs incurred by M&Co. on behalf of the client (including but not limited to cloud infrastructure, third-party services, licenses, and development tools specifically required by the client) will be billed separately at the end of each billing cycle. These costs will be itemized and charged at cost without markup. Clients will be notified of any significant operational costs before they are incurred.

Cancellation Notice: To cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 21 days prior to your renewal date. If you do not provide this notice, you will be auto-charged for the following month.

Use of Charged Month: If charged, you may use the services for the month you were charged.

No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable.

Clients have the option to pause their subscription at any time to bank their time. This allows you to retain unused services for future use.

All timelines provided for services are based on reasonable communication and revision counts. Delays in communication may affect the delivery schedule. For complex engineering and product development projects, we will provide detailed project plans and milestones.

Any intellectual property created during the course of our services, including but not limited to software code, designs, and product specifications, will be transferred to the client upon full payment of the subscription fees, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We understand the sensitive nature of product development and engineering projects. All information shared with M&Co. will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

M&Co. reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to subscribers at least 6 months in advance of the adjustment taking effect for existing clients. Continued use of the services after the price adjustment constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
